These terms apply when you order from idoobi.ca. The seller is Theroux Innovation Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The product
The idoobi is an electric grinder for dried herbs. It is sold for household use by adults.
Prices and payment
- The idoobi grinder costs C$89.99 for orders shipped in Canada and US$69.99 for orders shipped to the United States.
- Shipping is C$12.99 in Canada and US$11.00 to the United States. Replacement grinding chains ship free.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
Shipping
We ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Orders ship from a warehouse in your own country, so there are no import duties to pay.
Returns
You may return a grinder within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. It does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping. Call or text 1-604-366-6676, or email support@idoobi.ca, first and we will send you the return address.
Warranty
Every grinder includes a 1-year warranty against faults.
The optional 5-Year Warranty Upgrade extends the warranty to 5 years. If the grinder stops working for any reason in that time, including accidental breakage, loss or theft, we send one replacement and you pay US$9.99 for shipping. The upgrade covers one replacement per grinder, for the original buyer, and is not available in Quebec.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Our responsibility
If a grinder is faulty, we will repair it, replace it or refund it as the warranty describes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections your own province or state gives you.
