You can return anything you buy on idoobi.ca within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. That includes a grinder you have used. It does not need to be unused or in its original packaging.
What you can return
- idoobi Electric Herb Grinder: within 90 days of delivery, used or unused.
- Replacement Grinding Chain: within 90 days of purchase.
- 5-Year Warranty Upgrade: within 90 days of purchase, as long as no replacement grinder has been sent under it.
How to return
- Call or text 1-604-366-6676, or email support@idoobi.ca, with your order number.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the item back by mail. You pay the return shipping.
Your refund
We refund the product price to your original payment method once the return arrives. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want instead.
Faulty grinder?
Every grinder has a 1-year warranty against faults. If yours stops working, contact us and we will make it right. See our Terms of Sale for the full warranty terms.
